Today in the U.S., long-lasting and maintenance-free aluminum pergolas are quickly becoming a must-have feature for outdoor spaces, adding instant appeal to any backyard, pool area, patio, or deck during all four seasons.

Can I customize my pergola?
Yes, we specialize in custom pergolas! We believe every space is unique, so our pergolas are tailored to fit your specific needs and lifestyle, whether it’s for your backyard, restaurant, or any other location.
How will I know if the pergola will even look good in its intended environment?
Our design team will create detailed 3D models that accurately reflect your personal space and show where the pergola will be best suited. To make this as accurate as possible, we’ll ask you to provide dimensions and photos of the area where you want your pergola installed.
Will I be able to see my pergola as it's being produced or packaged?
Absolutely! We can provide you with videos and photos of your pergola during production or as it's being packaged, providing full transparency throughout the process.
What is the delivery time?
Our completely customized designs require 6-8 weeks to perfect and deliver to your doorstep. Please contact us via email at any point during the order and we will let you know when you can expect your delivery.
How is my pergola delivered?
Your pergola will be delivered via a 3PL logistics company. Upon shipment, the delivery team will transport the pergola directly to your home. You’ll be notified when your order is on its way, allowing you to arrange a convenient delivery time. The pergola will arrive in palletized packages, each weighing approximately 100-120 lbs. Please note it is important to schedule a delivery time when you can be present to assist with unloading the packages.
What payment solutions do you provide?
We accept payments via credit card or ACH transfer for your convenience. Additionally, we offer flexible financing plans if you prefer to pay in installments. For more details, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
I want to close the gaps to mitigate wind. Is this possible?
Yes! Pergola Haven provides automatic windproof roller blinds that you can use to mitigate the wind. Depending on the fabric you choose, these blinds can mitigate wind almost entirely or let a moderate breeze in.
Can the roof / slats withstand snow?
Pergola Haven builds pergolas with 6063-T6 high-grade aluminum with super high tensile strength, designed to withstand up to 40-60 lbs of snow per square foot. The slats can also be opened at any time so that the snow falls through.
How much wind can the pergola withstand?
As long as the foundations of the pergola’s posts are fixed properly, high-grade aluminum pergolas are practically hurricane-proof, able to withstand winds up to 100-120 MPH.
Is the roof waterproof?
Our designs include an integrated water drainage system. When the louvered roof is closed, the overlapping louvers allow water to flow into a hidden rain gutter on the beams of the pergola that leads to the columns so that the water runs outside of the pergola.
How long does it take to assemble the product?
With a 2-person team following assembly instructions, 3-5 hours is usually enough to install the pergola. It is a relatively simple structure with few moving pieces.
What kind of surface should the pergola be mounted on?
The pergola must be assembled and screwed onto a sturdy surface if it is to withstand harsh weather. Concrete is the most ideal choice. If you have unique surfaces like gravel, we advise installing concrete piers in the earth beneath the gravel and screwing the pergola base plates into them.
Can I assemble the pergola myself?
Absolutely! If you can assemble a piece of IKEA furniture, you can definitely install an aluminum pergola! In terms of technical complexity, the pergola is designed to be simple to install, and our team can consult you through the installation process as well. However, we do recommend a 2-person team for installation as some of the beams or posts can be a bit heavy. If you simply do not want or are not physically able to assemble the pergola yourself, we recommend that you contact a craftsman near you.
What are maintenance requirements for the pergola?
Pergola Haven’s pergolas are happily maintenance-free. The quality is good enough we are confident to provide 10-year warranty.
Do I have to take special care of the pergola in different seasons?
Our pergolas are made to be used all year round. Our high-grade aluminum materials are powdered to be rust-resistant. Our product is designed to last outside in the snow, rain, wind, and sun.
